You are looking at 2 adorable Hamtaro houses, along with some accessories & 7 Ham-Hams!  I would like to point out that some of the accessories (like the bowed ladder), come from the Hamtaro large house.  Everything is in nice condition.

Be sure to ask questions before bidding.  This item is being relisted due to a non-paying bidder. PLEASE READ all the auction terms before bidding!!

THE IMPORTANT DETAILS:

You must contact me within 24 hours of auction end with your method of payment. I will be sending you a “Winning Notification” at the end of the auction, but if you do not receive it, this could be from “spam blocking” and it is completely up to you to contact me in this event.  If contact is not made and payment is not made within the time periods noted, I will file a Non-Paying Bidder alert form and negative feedback will be given. If you are not sure that you want this item, please do not bid unless you know you will be paying for it. 

If you are a NEW EBAYER and are not familiar with Ebay policies, bidding procedures, etc., you are more than welcome to contact me with any questions, however, if you do bid on this item, you are responsible to make the payment at the end of the auction.

If you have won my auction(s), immediate payment is very much appreciated... However, if you are bidding on, or win, multiple auctions, please be sure to wait for a combined invoice from me. When multiple items are won, items are shipped in 1 box & actual shipping costs are used. This can save you, sometimes, several dollars.

When leaving feedback, please be sure to fill out the Detailed Seller Ratings board. When doing so, please keep in mind that I use actual shippng prices based on the weight of the item. These are honest prices through USPS. So if you fill it out with a low star, it ends up being a strike against me. So please, ask how I got shipping prices before marking a low star.

All packages are shipped out within 24 to 48 hours of auction end unless item is sold on Friday or Saturday - then your item will be shipped out on Monday.
