This is my best-seller, I've had several repeat customers who buy one for themselves and come back to buy another for a gift.  This functional and decorative birdhouse dimensions are 25" high, 16" wide and 11 1/2" deep.  It is made up of three individual sections.  Made of pine, the birdhouse is painted with exterior paint and is given a distressed look.  The lower levels are easy to clean by simply removing the screws located in the base. This  birdhouse was featured on the cover of Country Sampler and Country Marketplace magazines. Give yourself and your neighborhood birds a treat - a condo!
