HANDCRAFTED WORKING 3-D WALL CLOCK VINTAGE PARTS

  This is one of my old works, made in 2008, a Handcrafted Steampunk 3-D Wall Clock. To make this time piece I used pieces of wood, lightly finished with carving and grey wood stain, a piece of unfinished driftwood with brass bands, vintage brass sheet, german silver sheets, cuckoo clock chains, pieces of old brass chain, taken from antique flushing toilet device (approx.~90-100 years old...), a few vintage brass clock gears, a case from a vintage soviet alarm clock with my own design inside (it appears like an "Eye of Time"...), a genuine jade instead of"12" on the clock face and a brand new good-working quartz clock movement. Two metal hungers are attached to the back side. Last five years I liked to work with wood and metal, I collected driftwood and sometimes placed it onto my clocks. Actually, all parts I'm using, display what the Time does to things. I like to animate this idea, and we can see the examples of the Time's work everywhere around of us. And also this clock is a virtual "Eye of the Time", so you can see two eyes: one is in the clock case and other is around of the first, the first is like an eye pupil for the second one...
