All of the items we sell are brand new and unopened unless otherwise specified. We do not sell factory seconds, B-Stock replicas or second quality items. Does this item come with the full manufacturers warranty?
The factory warranty is included since the item is factory sealed. Many manufactures claim they do not honor eBay sales simply because they are upset at the low prices their items sell for. Technically it is illegal for any manufacturer to deny warranty of any legitimate item sold. We have sold hundreds of units and no one has ever been refused the ability to register, receive downloads or warranty service. Can I pick up my item instead of having it shipped?
We do not have a storefront and therefore we do not allow anyone to pick up an item theyve purchased. It does not matter how close you live, the item must be shipped.
How do I see the shipping rates for my country?

My country is not listed; do you ship to my country?
If you cannot select your country to view the shipping rate then that means that we do not ship to your country.
How do you ship domestic orders?
All domestic orders ship via FedEx Ground. If you upgrade to Expedited Shipping your order will ship via FedEx 2Day Air, if you upgrade to Overnight Shipping your order will ship via FedEx Overnight Air.
How do you ship International orders?
In order to benefit our buyers, all international orders ship via USPS Express International (EMS). Express International provides a tracking number while cheaper services do not. It is also the safest, most effective and fastest form of International Shipping.
Can I change my shipping address after I have already completed and submitted the payment?
No. PayPal requires us to ship to the address that they send us in order to be covered under their seller protection program. It is the buyers responsibility to make sure that the address is correct before making the purchase.
Is a signature required upon delivery?
For items valued above $250, a signature in person is required for delivery. If you will not be home during the day to sign for the package, please have the item shipped to your work address instead. We will not take off a signature requirement; there are no exceptions to this rule.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders ship out within 1-2 business days. All shipping takes place on business days, not on weekends or holidays. If you are outside of the Unites States please note we have absolutely no control over customs; how long they take or how they assess packages; so please understand this and be patient in receiving your order.
When can I expect my order? How long does delivery take?
Usually only 3-5 Business Days from the shipping date for Domestic orders; 7-10 Business Days from the shipping date for International orders. Please wait at least 5 business days from the date of your shipment for domestic packages and 10 business days from the date of your shipment for international packages before emailing us with any concerns about not receiving your package. It is always from the date of your shipment (48 hours after payment M-F); NOT from the date of your payment.
Will you send me a tracking number? How will I know when my item has shipped?
An automated tracking email will be sent to the email that you have listed on your eBay account once your item has been shipped. You can also locate the tracking number by looking up the order in your eBay account.
What is your Return Policy and how does it work?
If a product seems defective please contact the respective manufacturer for technical support as most items can be brought to proper working condition with the correct technical guidance. If after speaking to the manufacturer the item is deemed defective please e-mail us within 30 days of purchasing your item. Document the problem, the respective technical support reply and we will issue an RMA # (Return Merchandise Number) for an exchange of the same item. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for return shipping; we will cover the shipping cost to send a replacement.
Non-defective items can be returned for a refund; however, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
