Unfortunately I cannot be held responsible for loss or damage once item has been posted, all items are packed with the utmost care. I do however always obtain a proof of posting and will be happy to aid in the rare and unlikely event of any missing / damaged items. Any payment made will only be refunded after a satisfactory claim has been made with the Royal Mail. Postal insurance is recommended although optional.
Returns will be accepted for any other other reason for a full refund ( minus shipping ) or exchange.
