Description: Please Read Carefully
Your child’s birthday is a special event, celebrating another year of joy and life. I offer a variety of different party themes to appeal to your child’s favorite character. This auction is for the service of designing your child’s birthday invitation in a 300 dpi (dots per inch), high-resolution 4x6 or 5x7 JPG Digital Format. These will be picked up at your local photo lab for approx $0.19 per photo invitation (for 4x6). They can also be customized in 5x7 at no additional charge in the auction, although prices will vary at your local photo lab when you pick up your photos.
These will have the look and feel of an actual photograph. You may order as many as you need!
You are paying for the time, effort and love that goes into creating a fully customized product that will be cherished for years to come. These will be perfect for you and your party guests’ scrapbooks! We can also email you a lower resolution, small digital version that you can email to friends & family to save time!
Don't see a theme you like?
Easy! Please email me at armywife3@gmail.com for a custom invitation sample or theme that we can list on eBay for you. Please include your child’s photo and all the party information. Please include as much information in your email as possible, instead of just asking for a certain character or theme.
Photo Details & Customization
We can adjust your child's picture and remove blemishes, brighten and adjust the contrast, etc. Please send us your largest, highest resolution photo! Note that we cannot use photographer photos unless you have permission. Digital photos work best & remember, I can remove the background! Customize with your OWN wording & Info, Mix & match fonts and Colors from other designs, Include up to three of your child’s photos on the invitation! Ask us if there’s anything else you would like to customize!

Let's Get Started!
- Use “Buy it now” to purchase the auction and make payment via PayPal.
- You will receive an email with instructions on how to send me the information for your child’s birthday invitation. Please fill out this information.
- Once I receive your information via e-mail, I will begin work on your proof. You will receive your proof in typically 15 - 24 hours. After you receive your proof, please reply with any changes or requests you may have.
- After your proof is approved, I will upload your invitation file to your photo lab you requested previously and e-mail you the pickup information. Or, you may print the invitation from home (as many copies as you need). I will also e-mail you the final JPG file.
- Pickup your photos! Your photos will be available for pickup. If you requested 4x6 format, you will pay for your photos at your photo lab (approx. $0.19 each). 5x7 formats vary in price. Depending on how many photo copies you request of your invitation, some labs may require pre-payment online. In this case, we will e-mail you the JPG file and you may upload them yourself.
Envelopes may be purchased at most office supply stores for a very reasonable price. The closest size that I know of is 4 ¾ x 6 ½ for the 4x6 formatted invitation. Ticket size invitations will require a different size. Please note that we will upload your invitation JPG file free of charge for you for the number of copies you request to walgreens, cvs, target, walmart, costco, rite-aid. Ask about other locations! Realize, however, that we are not responsible for delay times, envelope sizes available or the photo finishing type or errors caused by the photo lab.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Will you ship the invitations to me? Where do I pick them up and how soon before I have them?
I do not ship the birthday invites. The auction price is for the service of designing the invitation. You will be required to pay your photo lab approx. $0.19 per photo, depending on how many copies you need. 5x7 prices vary. This way, you are saving time, money and can have your invitations in hand in as little as a day or two by picking them up at your local photo lab depending on how soon you approve your proof! Note that proof changes can delay the processing time!
Q: Do you offer coordinating thank yous or cake images? Where do I get envelopes?
You may purchase matching thank yous for an additional $4 and even change the character design to a different one! You may also use a different photo of your child than you did for the invitations, such as one taken at his or her birthday party! Contact me about using one of these designs for your child’s Birthday Cake! Envelopes may be purchased at most office supply stores. The closest size that I know of is 4 ¾ x 6 ½. You will need to choose your own size for the "ticket" invitations.
Q: What is “background removal”?
With background removal, I can remove the backdrop of your e-mailed photo of your child. This will make it appear as if your child is “IN” the invitation with the character! It is a tedious process and $5 additional charge. Well worth it for an everlasting effect!
Q: What type of photo finish will these be printed in?
The photo finish depends on the photo lab. Currently, walmart offers a nice Luster finish, and cvs and walgreens offer a Glossy finish. These photo finishes vary by the photo lab you select and are subject to change. I cannot choose a certain finish. It depends on what lab you use.
