This may include having the item repaired if that will solve the problem. Products normally ship approximately 4 days after payment is received. We cannot guarantee a certain delivery date due to occasional shipping company and warehouse delays. Once your order ships, ground delivery takes approximately 2 to 5 business days depending on where you live. We only ship to the Contiguous 48 States. No international orders or APO/FPO military addresses please.
