Up for bid is a Happy Chandler signed Perez-Steele Postcard. He was Baseball Commissioner from 1945-1951. The card is # 178 from the 8th Series and is # 09565 of 10,000 The Card is beautifully drawn by Dick Perez.

This is part of a massive collection of a major Connecticut Show Promoter and Autograph Collector, who I had the privilege of working with in the 1980s. All autographs were obtained in person at either Shows he hosted or attended, private signings or at the Baseball Hall of Fame Induction Weekends.
