RMM3 2-IN-1 FLOORING GUN

Presenting RAMSOND (R) RMM3, patented combination 2-in-1 hardwood cleat nailer and stapler. This flooring gun is an engineering marvel. It shoots both cleat nails and staples. It shoots 15.5 and 16 gauge staples ranging from 1 to 2 inches, and "L" cleat ranging from 1-1/2" to 2". The 2-in-1 magazine has a capacity of 100 staples/cleats. It is highly durable and contractor/industrial quality, yet light weight and agile. The body of this gun is constructed of durable die-cast alloy for job site durability and low weight. It comes with an extra-wide composite non-marring base plate for added stability and protection against scratches to the flooring surface. It provides a conveniently long reach with a cushioned handle for balance and optimal operating comfort, stability and safety. Internally, the driving blade is constructed of a very tough heat treated and hardened steel. The composite base is plate designed to allow the user to drive fasteners faster and closer to the wall while protecting the flooring surface from marring. This ergonomically designed multifunctional tool is manufactured under the strict ISO guidelines for quality control. With nearly 20,000 RMM3's sold, this product has become a symbol for reliability and durability.

These fasteners are readily available at any hardware store and are the same fasteners used by other brands such as Bostitch, Porter Cable and Paslode floor nailers.

This model operates using compressed air with any standard air compressor using pressure of 60 to 110 psi. It is equipped with a standard male 1/4" 18 NPT air inlet (which is standard for all air hoses). It operates by a mallet-actuated mechanism that automatically positions and drives staples/cleats for rapid and precise installation of hardwood flooring. The tool requires a slight strike of the mallet (supplied) upon the actuator for securing the flooring at the proper angle and penetration quickly and without the danger of hammer marring the surface of the wood. It provides 420 in./lbs. of forward driving force. By simply resting the nose of the machine squarely against the work surface, the direction and angle of the staple is automatically aligned.

This hardwood floor nailer+stapler is easily adjusted to handle virtually all flooring thicknesses or tongue positions with two different size base plates which are provided (One installed and one extra).

It is equipped with Ergo-Grip designed handle which provides cushioning and comfort, preventing sore hands and blisters, and ultimately allowing quicker installation.

Shipping

We CANNOT, under any circumstance, accommodate local pickups or third party shipping arrangements. We ship to physical address only. We DO NOT ship to P.O. Box, APO or FPO. We DO NOT offer combined shipping due to restrictions. Flat rate shipping rates, if offered, only apply to the 48 contiguous States. They do not apply to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico or other US territories. Please contact us for rates to those locations. Shipping method shall be ground shipping by the carrier of our choice (presently UPS). We cannot accommodate requests to use the carrier of purchaser's choice. Tracking numbers will be available after 5 days from the date of shipping.  All items will be shipped to the purchaser's address as entered onto paypal and/or ebay. We are not responsible for errors or inconsistencies in said addresses. Please update your address before you purchase. All items are shipped Free on Board (FOB) at our warehouse, freight prepaid. The customer takes title to the goods at the time of shipment. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR TRANSIT DELAYS.

International Shipping

For shipments to locations outside the United States the purchaser shall be responsible for custom clearance, duties, brokerage fees, taxes and other incidental charges. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to determine whether each product is suitable for import and use into their jurisdiction. For export documentation purposes, we CANNOT accommodate requests to declare the purchased item as "gift" or "sample" or undervalue the purchase amount as they are in contravention of US and Canadian law.

CANADIAN CUSTOMER

Please note that we receive constant complaints about the duties and brokerage fees charged by UPS to our Canadian customers. Unfortunately, we do not control these charges. Canadian customers often request shipment by US Post. However we CANNOT accommodate this request due to the high rate of loss/damage we have experienced with US POSTAL SERVICE.

Shipping Insurance

We use the most reputable carriers for the shipment of each order.  Nevertheless, despite the best care and proper packaging, accidents do happen.  Depending on the item, shipping insurance may be required, included or optional. If shipping insurance is provided as an added option, please note that we, nor the carrier, are under any circumstance, responsible for loss or damage incurred during the course of shipping, unless optional shipping insurance is purchased by the purchaser. 

Inspection Upon Receipt

Upon receipt of the order, the purchaser/recipient is hereby requested to open the packaging and inspect the shipment thoroughly and completely for damage. All visible damage and/or nonconformity, regardless of its severity, size or significance must be noted on waybill or other shipping documents by the customer. Failure by the purchaser/recipient to note any damage, defect or irregularity in the shipping documents shall be construed as a declaration by the purchaser/recipient that the goods were received in good order and condition and free from any defect or non-conformity. If there is significant damage resulting from mishandling of goods by the shipping carrier, the customer is hereby asked to refuse the shipment. Additionally, The customer must notify us, in writing, within 48 hours of receipt of damaged, non-conforming product. In the event of shipping loss or damage, it is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to file for an insurance claim and we will offer all necessary assistance to the purchaser for that purpose. Minor cosmetic damages that do not impact the operation or safety of the unit are expressly excluded under the terms of any return, warranty and/or insurance policy.

Limited Warranty

A 1 year manufacturer's limited warranty is furnished from the date of purchase warranting the product to be free of material defect or workmanship. In the event of product failure or malfunction, the purchaser shall return the defective/faulty product or component/part thereof to our designated repair facility for inspection. The faulty/defective product component/part will then repaired or replaced (at our option). The repaired/replaced component shall then be returned to the purchaser. The purchaser shall be responsible for all shipping and handling costs of returning (both ways) faulty products or parts to us for replacement or repair. Certain items which are subject to normal wear and tear are specifically excluded from this warranty (e.g. mallet, grip, rubber, etc.). We shall not be responsible for faulty installation, operation or maintenance of the product and as such we recommend installation, assembly, repair and maintenance only by certified and qualified professionals. We reserve the right to require proof of same before honoring any parts warranty replacement/repair. Damage resulting from failure to use the product in a manner consistent with our/manufacturer’s recommendations shall render the limited warranty void.   This limited warranty specifically excludes any consequential and/or incidental damages. Although we may provide technical assistance via telephone or email to the customer, it is virtually impossible to troubleshoot all matters via telephone or remote assistance. As such, the offering by us of any technical assistance is made without any warranty or guarantee and provided on “as is” basis. Although we will try to provide technical support remotely (via telephone/email), in many circumstances the technical issue/problem may not be resolved despite our best efforts. As such, the purchaser expressly acknowledges, as an express condition of this sale, that the customer may be required to consult a professional technician for troubleshooting/repair/start-up and that any such consultation, shall be at the sole responsibility of customer and the customer shall bear all costs relative thereto. All such costs shall be the responsibility of the customer and we shall not be responsible for any costs or expenses related thereto.

Returns

All sales are final.  Returns are not accepted under any circumstance. To the extent we may be compelled to accept returns, they are subject to a minimum 30% stocking fee. The shipping and handling charges are always non-refundable.
