We ship only to the continental 48 states.  We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Mexico, or APO Boxes.  Shipping is via UPS Ground only. 
Payment is via Paypal, credit card or money order only.  Feedback will be left once received. Look VERY CLOSELY at the pictures because you will receive exactly what is shown in those pictures,   PLEASE DO NOT ASSUME THAT there are nuts/bolts/docking hardware included unless specifically outlined in the auction description.

RETURN POLICY
1. NO REFUNDS! NO EXCHANGES! NO EXCEPTIONS!
2. The only exception would be in the event that the description of the item or part was completely inaccurate.
3. Items in the Rocklin/Folsom Harley-Davidson eBay store are either clearance or closeout merchandise and therefore sold as-is
4. Buyer must notify us of any shipping discrepancy within 3 days of delivery.
5. If any item is approved to be returned, the item must have all original packaging and the item must be in the same condition as when we shipped.
6. Buyer is responsible for any return shipping cost and/or insurance.

BIDDING AGREEMENT
1. Descriptions and fitments are printed by the manufacturer specifications.
2. We are not responsible for custom applications and any fitments that do not correctly match listed descriptions.
3. Payment must be received within 5 days of auction end.
4. Any payments not received will be notified to e-Bay and buyer will be blocked from bidding on any of our future auctions.
5. We reserve the right to cancel an auction at any given time.
6. All items up for auction are brand new unless otherwise stated. Please read description entirely and understand that there is a no return policy.

1. We do not offer International purchases at this time. We will only ship to 48 states with a continental United States zip code.
2. If you win an auction it has to be hipped to an address in 48 states, no exceptions.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

3. We ship UPS Ground or United States Postal Service (USPS)
4. Buyer is responsible for actual shipping and handling charges. All shipping quotes are estimates and subject to change. We will try our best to accurately estimate the shipping costs.

PAYMENT
1. All orders placed and shipped in California will be charged Placer County 7.35% sales tax on the agreed purchase price of the item(s) being auctioned.
