Your satisfaction is very important to us.   If you are not satisfied, please either notify us or return the merchandise within 7 days of receipt for a full refund, less shipping and handling.<P>

 Any defects, damages, or material differences with your item, must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of the item or 15 days from date of shipment.  If there is shipping damage, you must keep all the original packaging materials.  Do not call the shipping company.  If your item is damaged by UPS or the Postal Service, we will have to file the claim .<P> 

The returned merchandise must be postmarked within 20 days of the shipment notification.  Non-deliveries must be reported within 20 days of Shipment Notification. Undeliverable, unclaimed, refused, or insufficient addresses will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping.<P>
