  • Any issues with freight damage claims have to be handled between you (the receiving customer) and the freight company.  We will try to help a bit, but overall it is up to you, the customer, to verify that the product is right before accepting and signing for it.  If there is damage, you will have to file a freight claim RIGHT AWAY.  There's not a lot that you have to do, but you have to be responsible for the item by not signing for it until you've opened the box.  If you sign for it, open the box later, and find concealed damage, then you will have to report any concealed damage RIGHT AWAY (you can't wait a week first).
  • There are no refunds on shipping under any circumstances.
