Domestic (USA) shipping: Domestic rate includes USPS Priority Mail flat rate $4.60 + insurance $1.65 + packaging/labor $0.25.
International (outside USA) shipping: International rates include postage (depending upon country), packaging and a $5-$7 surcharge fee. The latter fee is added because international packages require extra paperwork and packaging and MUST be presented to a postal clerk, which entails having to drive to a post office and waiting in a 10-20 minute line. If you feel this is unreasonable, please do not bid.
