- The special edition includes 32-page insert on special paper at the end of the book featuring near scale reproductions of Mary GrandPre's interior art, as well as never-before-seen full-color frontispiece art. The book is housed in a foil-stamped cardboard slipcase with blind-stamped cloth case book featuring another rare photo! It also comes with full-color endpapers with jacket art from the regular edition, luxurious foil, and a wraparound jacket featuring exclusive, suitable-for-framing art from Mary GrandPre.

Regarding Auctions & the Item...
I am a private collector of art, books, music and "stuff" and have amassed a huge collection with many duplicates. I do not subscribe to "grading" as frankly, grading is totally inconsistent and most of the "graders" TRULY have no clue, so I will use plain English if it is ok with you...
*These are spectacularly gorgeous. All editions are cloth bound with special dust jacket not found on the standard edition, and placed in a hard slipcase. Mine, are being offered still sealed in their plastic wrap. A must for any Potter collector!
Regarding auctions, let me add that I am a private collector of art, books, music and "stuff" and am very picky about what I buy and I don't like surprises when I buy things from auctions any more than you do.. I promise that everything I know about this item is in this description. PLEASE remember this when you leave feedback scores as the choice is yours and not my fault if it takes a long time to get there! If you want it in a week or less, you are going to have to bite the bullet and pay for Priority Mail which will get it there in 2-3 working days, 99% of the time, but it is more expensive.
