We are here to save you money in any way that we can. This is why we have opted to wait to calculate the shipping until after your auction(s) has ended & your item(s) has been packaged up. We do this to save you money! If we were to put a flat fee on every auction, the people in the West & Midwest would be paying extra to cover the cost of East Coast shipping. In addition, the customers that combine auctions, would no longer have the cost savings of putting items into one package. If they combined several items, their cost would be set, when in fact, the actual cost might be 30-40% less. We will be happy to provide a shipping estimate at any time.
International: We are happy to provide shipping estimates. Customer will be responsible for acquiring proper documentation to import the wood species into their Country
Our standard shipping U.S. and Worldwide is UPS. You may request U.S. Post office but we cannot insure or guarantee items shipped this way. We will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items through the U.S. Post Office. All Post office items are shipped Fridays.
Combining Auctions: we can combine auctions to save you money; however, we will not combine auctions that have already been processed.
Payment Methods:VISA, MasterCard, American Express, & Discover cards by phone. PayPal, Money Orders/Cashier’s Checks. We do not accept personal checks under any circumstances.
Satisfaction Guarantee If you find any problems, please report them to 4info@cookwoods.com within 3 days of the receipt of the item. After this 3 day period all sales are final. If wood has been altered in any way, a refund will not be issued. No exceptions will be made to this policy. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Please see pictures & descriptions in each auction for defects. Measurements may vary by up to 1/8” of an inch. Please note: if your wood is damaged in shipping, we will gladly assist you in filing a UPS claim.
