We accept returns only products that are in NEW condition within 10 days of the delivery date; minus original shipping and handling fees, return shipping charges, and a 15% restocking fee will be also be applied.

All exchange and return merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, accessories, inserts, and manuals. You will be charged for any replacements of damaged, altered, missing, contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that are deemed questionable.  If you are unsure, please contact us for assistance.

We recommend that you purchase insurance for any and all item(s) that you purchase from us.  In case any item is damaged when it arrives to you, you must report it to us within 48 hours of receiving your item.  We will assist in any way we can to report a claim on your behalf or help you with your claim.

Make sure you insure your item and provide tracking information when you ship it back to us. Again, we recommend that you purchase insurance for any and all item(s) that you purchase.  We are not responsible if your package is lost in transit.
