ITEM DESCRIPTION: This auction is for the 12" Laserdisc of the movie HEAT - A LOS ANGELES CRIME SAGA starring Robert De Niro, Al Pacino, Val Kilmer. 171 mins./Color/Rated R, Widescreen Edition, Stereo Laserdisc. It is in Good condition (visual inspection only) with several surface marks on sides one and two, and a few finger smudges. PLEASE NOTE: This is a LASERDISC and not a DVD. It will ONLY play in a LASERDISC PLAYER. Please see our other auctions for many more Laserdiscs. We will always combing shipping on additional laserdiscs purchased within a three day period and paid for together in one paypal payment. Each additional disc will ship with this one for only $.99 cents additional shipping cost!

SHIPPING: U.S. bidders only, please, and the auction winner will pay shipping charges as shown in the shipping calculator below. If a UPS option is shown, please note that we actually use Fed-Ex insured ground, and not UPS, but at the same cost as shown in the calculator for UPS (the eBay shipping calculator does not offer a Fed-Ex option). All USPS charges also include Delivery Confirmation for your protection. We do allow local pick-up by appointment only, from 11:30 until 1:30 PM only on Monday-Friday, 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM on most Saturdays and Sundays (subject to my availability). Items will be shipped on our very next scheduled weekly shipping day (we ship through Fed-Ex at least once each week, typically on Friday morning) after receipt of your correct payment. That means that your item will ship between one to five business-days after receipt of your cleared payment, depending upon the day that it is received. Payment must be received by 1PM Pacific Time on Thursday for your item to ship the following Friday Morning.

PAYMENT: We accept PayPal only, unless you are local and can pay cash upon pick-up. State law requires all CA ship-to addresses and local pick-ups to add 8.75% state sales tax to the bid amount. We do NOT waive sales tax for resellers with CA BOE permits. Your PayPal payment is due within three days after the end of the auction. We accept payment only by PayPal and in cash if picked up in person in Escondido, CA 92025. All sales are considered final.

CANADIAN & INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS: Sorry, we do not ship internationally.

EMAIL NOTICES, QUESTIONS AND FEEDBACK: Please email any questions at least 48 hours before the end of auction to allow us time to respond. Sorry, but we are unable to send additional emails to auction winners when their payment is received, but we do try to send an email when your item ships, and please rest assure that we will ship exactly as described in these terms, your acceptance of which is a binding condition of bidding on our auctions.
