We request that full payment be made within 5 business days from close of auction. US Funds only. If you are the successful bidder, we expect you to follow through with the transaction and fulfill your part. Please be sure to enclose your Ebay ID, item number and shipping address in print if you make payment by Money Order or Cashiers Check.
There is NO WARRANTY of fitness for a particular use.
Warranties on USED Items: All used pieces are sold As-Is with no warranties implied or expressed.
Warranties on NEW Items: If there is a mfg. warranty, look on box, paperwork, contact them direct. All kinds of warranty will be started at the day of purchase.
The seller accepts no responsibility for the item after it leaves our dock. All new equipment is sold FOB manufacturers' dock at their facilities' location. We will be happy to arrange shipping, handling, and packaging of your order. Orders are usually shipped about 5 business days after payment has been processed and the order confirmed, unless otherwise noted in the item's listing. However, we do not guarantee shipping times. The Company neither accepts responsibility for handling and packaging performance, nor damage to merchandise after it leaves our warehouse or that of our suppliers. If damaged is sustained during shipment, we will be happy to aid you with handling the damage claim with the freight carrier. Filing of damage claims with the freight carrier is the sole responsibility of the customer. Standard packing charges do not include additional protective handling or box construction. These services are available at an additional charge. NOTE: Damage claims may take up to 120 days or longer to resolve.
IMPORTANT NOTE: DAMAGE TO MERCHANDISE MUST BE DOCUMENTED WITH FREIGHT CARRIER BEFORE DEPARTING YOUR LOCATION AND IMMEDIATELY REPORTED TO FREIGHT CARRIER'S CLAIMS DEPARTMENT.
Some inventory we sell in our store may be posted on E-bay for sale. We have walk in customers shopping at the store. We will remove any posting if they are sold in our store, but please keep in mind we do have an active store. We reserve the right to cancel a sale, if it's been sold in the store prior to taking it off our E-bay auction list.
EBay winning bid prices can not be applied to store prices for walk-in customers.
Customer acknowledges and assumes all risks inherent in the operation and use of the equipment by the customer and will take all necessary precaution to protect all person and property from injury or damage while in possession of the equipment.
