HEAVY DUTY SEWING MACHINE

INDUSTRIAL STRENGTH

Made in Japan in 1970

All METAL GEARS  No PLASTIC

with a Strong 1.0 amp Motor

 Will sews from Horse blankets, heavy jeams, to soft leather, heavy leather, like leather coats, hand bags, jeans, quilt,  dresses, leather tents, vinyl, sailboat cover, auto upholstery, and more !!!!

This is a nice, clean, heavy duty Sears Kenmore 148-1207 Sewing Machine in very good working condition.This machine has been has been condition serviced, checked and cleaned. It's in excellent working condition. There is some scratches on this machine. This sewing sews straight and reverse stitchs, and this sewing machine is very user friendly.

Sewing machine was tested on 3 layers of leather, 8 layers of heavy denim, 6 layers of army canvas, and worked great. Machine useing standard 15x1 needle, sizes 9 to 22. You can buy at any fabric store. All tests were made useing a #18 needle and Coats T26 upholstery thead.

This heavy duty sewing machine is a straight & Zig-Zag stitch, with a oscillating hook (semi-rotating hook).
