SHIPPING
All shipping prices shown are for the lower 48 states of the USA.
Some items have different ship times due to size eg; (large/fragile usually require more time) please ask if you are unsure , most orders ship within 5 days of cleared payment (please note that weekends do not count as shipping days).
Beware not all items can ship to PO boxes or APOs please check with us first !
Shipping insurance is inclued in the cost of shipping and is mandatory ,we will not ship a parcel without it .
We will not list anything as NEW unless it is sealed and never taken out of the box except for pictures and inspection
Feedback
Feedback is very important to a seller , and the fact we are new sellers (not new to ebay) family and friends have done it for years, but personally we are new . We ask that if the item you receive has been grossly misreprensented, please email us and we will do our best to rectify the situation. If the item you receive has been broken during shipping or is damaged please save all packing material etc. which will be needed if a claim needs to be filed.
Always remember we are all human and will make mistakes unintenionally, and we have a life outside of Ebay , so if we dont answer an email within an hour of it being sent to us we may not be at our computersat that moment but rest assured we will respond asap, usually within 24 hrs .
