This auction is for a Heavy Metal published by HM Communications. Heavy Metal is "The Illustrated Fantasy Magazine" with excellent stories and amazing art!!

I have a full size scan of the cover so that you can see the condition of this magazine. It's in excellent with the following flaws: minor cover wear from handling and a very tiny crease in the lower left corner. If you like Heavy Metal magazine, be sure to visit our web store, we have many more there.

Contributors include: Vaughn Bode, Rich Corben, Moebius, Jeronaton, Capelle, Caza  and many many others.

Heavy Metal is jam packed with great stories and art... they are a feast for the eyes. The stories are thoughtful and illustrations are beautiful--ranging in theme from violent heart pounding action to sexy & erotic with humorous occasionally thrown in for good measure.

I think Heavy Metal and Epic Illustrated have been overlooked for too long and I will try to put up copies of both magazines. They both represent the best of comic illustration and storytelling in the late 70's through late 80's. Do yourself a treat and watch for issues from both magazines.
