Included:
1.  Set of 3 Vinyl Record - Excellent used condition
2.  Inner Sleeves -  Seem to be in very good used condition (a few minor tears)
3.  Outer Sleeve - Excellent condition for age, no major flaws, the only thing I noticed are 2 small scuff on the top and a little dirt from normal wear on the back.
4.  Book - also looks to be in excellent condition for the age. (very slight water damage near the top right of the book, nothing that affects the words or pictures inside the book)
5.  Also includes inner hard sleeve as shown in the picture.  I would consider this to be in close to perfect condition.
I am selling this for my brother in-law and will have many more listed over the next few days.  I am not a record expert, but, have tried to describe this to the best of my ability.  Please don't hesitate to ask questions or request more pictures.  I am always happy to help.
