This is made just like it's red carpet original - you have exquisite detail, millgrain work, bead motif, pave accents, openwork filigree cut out designs, enameling, etc... two bezel set rounds are attached to this puffed black hand enameled open circle then you have paved circular puffed teardrop design that has pierced cut outs, enameling, beading, and pave' accents.
