Product Details When you need quick relief for a large area of the body, you should try our Jumbo Basic Pack. Measuring 13" x 11", this herbal pack soothes your body with warm or cool herbal aromatherapy. This jumbo size herbal pack can help treat arthritis, tension headaches, stress and even congestion. It can also be used as a bed warmer on a cold night or under the pillow to help relieve insomnia. These herbal packs are designed to be used almost anywhere on your body for quick, convenient, hot or cold herbal therapy. All of our herbal packs can be used as a hot or cold pack. Either way you use them, we know you will love them! The Jumbo Basic Pack weighs 3 lbs.
In the microwave: Heat in microwave for 1 to 3 minutes. (Lighter weight products require less heating time. Eye pillows and Peppermint Packs will require only about 15 to 30 seconds). If microwave does not have a turn table, flip herb pack over 1/2 way through heating to avoid burning.
For a moister heat: mist with water before heating. Misting also increases life of the herbs by preserving freshness. When reheating, if Herb Pack is still warm, heat only for 1 to 2 minutes to prevent overheating.
Heat lasts for approximately 45 minutes. Heating for more than 3 minutes at once could result in overheating or burning. If pack seems too hot, let it cool prior to use.
In the oven: Heat oven to 350, wrap Herb Pack in tin foil. Heat for approximately 15 minutes. Do not oven heat products with velcro, as velcro may melt.
Customers with pre-existing conditions (ie: diabetes) should consult a physician prior to use.
