| This is the exact item you are bidding on. ** AUTHENTIC HERMES PARIS 100% WOOL PANTS SIZE 40. MINT! GREY IN COLOR. No rips,tears,loose stitching, these pants are ammuculate. The attention to detail incredible. The stiching is amazing. Look for yourself in some of the close up shots. All the seams line up. the banding of the fabric inside the pants... I have looked over these pants and there are absolutly no alterations made to it. If your a size 40 off the rack these are the pants for you. The Pant measurements are as follows: Size 40. The Waist measures 28" on the inside. The Zipper is on the side of the pants and 8" long. Inside seam from crotch to the floor is 28" from the top of the waist to bottom of the cuff 40". Looking at the pants from the side from front crease to back crease at the crotch is 11" thats one side and not the complete radius of the pant leg. The cuff measures 7". The leg is not measured like a tube but only one side so double it to make the tube size. One Button is missing. The outside closure one. It could easilt be swapped for the inside button. There is no spare. No pockets on these pants. The fabric is a tight stitched wool. The fabric seems light for wool but it is very thin and flowing. The main tag on the Pants is HERMES PARIS made in france. Sz 40. 96% wool 4% Lycra. dry clean only. Lining 60% acetate 40% Bemberg. I have no idea of the age of this garment. This is one one of the nicest well made pair of pants I have ever seen. I wish these fit me!!!. Hermes attention to detail from the fabrics to every stitch is amazing.

This comes from a womans estate and is exactly how I received it. All Garments will have to be drycleaned or steamed as its being shipped in a box or padded parcel envelope. Starting at $50 to give anyone a fair crack at it.

It will be shipped at your own risk. Domestic Postal claims are 30 days. International claims are up to 90 days. I accept Paypal or payment on pickup.
