We promise to ship within 48 hours of payment, and will try our best to get it out to you within 24. We provide attractive, secure packaging and offer a complimentary gift wrapping service. If you would like your item gift wrapped, simply send us an email or include a note with your payment. We'll do our best to dress your package for the occasion.

Please understand we do not set the postal rates nor do we charge a packaging or handling fee. eBay and Pay Pal require that most items be shipped with tracking and signature. Because of this we cannot and will not, ship to PO or APO Boxes.

Keep in mind when selecting shipping options that only business days are counted, not holidays, weekends, or the first day processing your order. There is no shipping service in Canada on Saturdays, Sundays and statutory holidays. If delivery is required by a specific date, consider upgrading to FEDEX or UPS courier.
