WHAT IS THE HYDROSTAR ALTERNATIVE FUEL SYSTEM?

A water fueled conversion system is a very simple, but precise definition of the fantastic HYDROSTAR system. The engine operates entirely on hydrogen and oxygen, generated by the electrolysis of water. No petrol / gas derived fuel or external electrical generating system is used, or even required. The only by-product resulting from hydrogen and oxygen combustion within the engine and expelled from the exhaust is water. So it is a completely non-polluting, emitting no noxious fumes. In short, the HYDROSTAR system is an absolutely “clean” system; one that is powered by a free and inexhaustible resource WATER!

The HYDROSTAR manual and plans are the creation of Bill Power, Arizona, USA. Bill has worked in industry for many years as a physicist, engineer, and scientist. He started out with the idea of manufacturing the HYDROSTAR himself. "At first, I thought that building it myself was the way to go. The more I test and run units myself, the more I learn about slight improvements that we can all make!  After recent amperage tests and plate durability tests, as well as MPG efficiency, here are the latest tidbits of info:

1.      I recommend soaking your cell plates in distilled vinegar (or better still , very dilute sulfuric acid - 150 mls of battery acid with 1000 ml of water)  for a few hours before install.  This helps clean to eliminate oils etc that could be residual on plates. 

2.      Once clean, I have come to prefer NaOH , as a catalyst instead of baking soda (sodium bicarbonate).  Easier on plates and better production. 

3.       You can easily purchase from  Hardware stores usually and is common for drain cleaning. A 1/2 tsp works well each cell. 

4.       I also prefer to only put hho gas into air intake on your vehicle, after the air filter before your intake.  This combination of specs and preps works great!

Please remember, as a University Research Chemical Engineer with 31 years experience, it has been possible to  rigorously test the Hydrostar Hydrogen generator in the Lab after-hours.

Why isn’t everyone using this development?  I’m sure George Bush, Kevin Rudd and all their mates in the petrochemical industry would be happy to forgo their income and the taxation income from petrol taxes  to help you and I afford to survive in this economy.
