Shipping:
We truly are a mom and pop business. We generally ship once a week towards the end of the week. If it is a birthday or emergency, we can make special arrangements. We love to combine, but if you win more than one item, wait for us to pack and weigh you total order and invoice you for the total.
Domestic Shipping:
We ship products using USPS and have found it takes about a week to 10-days for US delivery. We never charge handling fees, but sometimes we must purchase tubes or special boxes, but only charge our actual cost for these items. We suggest insurance on all packages and require it on packages above $25. If you are in a situation where you have waived insurance, then please understand we have no ability to track the shipment and that you have assumed responsibility for loss or damage. Local pickup is available upon request.
International Shipping:
We use USPS, therefore International shipping usually takes at least 10-14 days for your item to be delivered. If more than this time has passed, check at your local post office in person - often these days packages are held for pickup and consumers are not notified - or your shipment may be held up in customs.
