THE OTHER SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY
This original watercolor painting was done from a quick sketch I made while driving 60 mph down Highway 6 off interstate 40 in New Mexico.  I loved the view and did several quick sketches (as soon as I pulled off the road!!)  Photographs helped with the details, and I was staying in the area and did some more checking of the area while doing the paintings.

The paper is 100% acid free Strathmore drawing paper, size is 8 1/2 X 11 1/2"
