    We believe you will be pleased with your purchase. However, if any dissatisfaction or any reason you don't want to keep the dress, we will accept returns according to our Two Weeks No Reason Return policy, for a refund, exchange, or a company credit, whichever you prefer.

  • What I should do if a return is needed ??
    1. Contact us within 48 hours upon receipt of the dresses if any dissatisfaction
    2. Return the items in the same condition that it was in when received with the
       original invoice within 14 days, pay for the shipping cost in return with
       insurance
    3. Check your Paypal account for the full refund(exclusive of the original shipping
       fee) after receiving our refund notification. Some extra fees will be cost if the
       return is made overdue or the returned item is not in the original condition.
