DOMESTIC TRACKING:
UPS tracking will be sent to your email address registered with Ebay under the name of "auto-notify@ups.com". If you want it sent to a different address please request this with your payment. We do not send it upon request once item is shipped.
DELIVERY TIME:
You will be notified when we ship your item. From our base in Arizona,delivery varies by UPS from 2 days for in state delivery and up to 4 working days to the East Coast. Postal will take a few days longer. Canada takes 7-10 days.
SHIPPING DISCOUNT for MULTIPLE PURCHASES: (Domestic Only)
First item with highest shipping cost is full price. 1/2 of full price for each additional item if the items can be shipped together. Ask for shipping discount for multiple purchases if in doubt.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

We will ship to your Ebay address which will appear in the checkout.
Items under two pounds will probably be shipped by USPS. Over two pounds we like to use UPS because of their tracking system, built in insurance and faster service. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes so if possible please give us a physical address to ship to. We ship daily with UPS. Only once or twice a week with the postal service which makes P.O.Box delivery slower.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We will ship to your Ebay (checkout) address, not to your Paypal address. The postal website says it takes 7-10 days for delivery but realistically it may take up to 18 days. Feedback is appreciated as to length of time it takes. If it takes longer than 18 days we can give you a customs number. It seems to help locate packages that might have been replace even though it is NOT a tracking number.
CANADA, ALASKA & HAWAII SHIPPING:
Ebay only allows only two shipping rates, domestic and international. Canada, Alaska and Hawaii rates fall between those two so if your auction mentions a different rate in the discription, that is your rate. If you are using paypal you can make a direct payment to "rhutchi007@aol.com without going through checkout. You will not be able to change the total at the checkout. It is cheaper for us to ship to Canada by UPS but we use the Postal Service as this will save you a lot of extra UPS brokerage charges. We will ship by UPS on request.
PUERTO RICO & GUAM SHIPPING:
Shipping to these provinces is the same cost as Canada, Alaska and Hawaii as stated in the discription.
AUSTRALIA, RUSSIA, SOUTH & CENTRAL AMERICA:
Your Postal system will not accept items over 42 inches in length whether shipped by air or surface. Please be sure the item you are bidding on is not over 42". We may not give the length on some items. We will have to apply to Ebay for listing and selling charges if you do not want to pay these costs after finding out your item is to long to ship.

REFUNDS:
We depend on returning customers therefore we try to do the best we can to keep your trust. Of course all damaged items will be replaced at no cost to you.
We pick the best item we can to send you but if you are unhappy with an item maybe thinking the next one in stock will be better, and want to return it then you may and we will send another one but only if you pay shipping both ways.
We must be notified within 2 days of your receiving your item of your intention of wanting to return it for any reason.
MORE THAN INDICATED QUANTIES ARE AVAILABLE:
To keep listing costs down we indicate most of the time just one item available when in fact we usually have multiple items available. Just ask if you need a quote on more than one item.
