This for a very large lot of Misc. Building, structures etc.
They need cleaning, some T.L.C. & fixing.

I have accumulated a very large collection of HO trains. I am not a train expert, but do the best research I can on each item. I will do my best to describe the items and condition. Unless stated, most items are used. The grading and condition of the trains is "My personal" opinion only. Please check out pictures carefully.

Any item that goes over $50.00, I will purchase insurance for. If it is under $50.00 and you would like insurance, just let me know as soon as item is purchased and I will add that to your shipping costs, which is $1.75.
Since E-bay has changed the rules on shipping, we can no longer give you the choice. That is why I will personally pay for items over $50.00 (or combined items over $50.00), but can not do that for smaller items and do not want to raise shipping prices. Thank you.
