Bachmann Industries issues a limited lifetime warranty for each of their locomotives, and the warranty registration certificate will be included with your purchase. This warranty is not issued by J & D Collectibles. This is a brand new locomotive, and it will be shipped in it's original packaging, but it is sold "as is." If you have a warranty issue with a Bachmann product, it must be addressed to Bachmann.
*Our pictures include visible and hidden watermarks, to discourage other sellers from using them without permission. These watermarks will not appear on the product we ship to our customers.
