You sre bidding on this HO Scale Amtrak AMD 103 locomotive #838 with markings Opportunity, Responsibility, Community on the stripes. This is from Bill Clinton's Celebrate The Century Express campaign train that ran during his presidential campaign for the Second term he had in office in 1996. This locomotive is new in box and has all parts included and unopened for assembly. This was a limited run locomotive and is out of production. This will be a great addition to your collection.
