a totally non-commercial site (there is nothing for sale there) which exists for the purpose of helping woodworkers identify and/or become more familiar with exotic woods of the world . This lot consists of 15 square feet of Japanese ash of the type called "sen" or "cen". These are not consecutive sheets and were chosen for variety of grain pattern. Most pieces are 12" long and widths vary from 3" to 11". The picture shown here is only one of two --- for the other, and for enlargements, go to the "SEN (Japanese Ash)" link at the top of the page.

I made up several of these lots, but they were done from consecutive sheets so what you see in the pics is pretty much exactly what you'll get.
