LET'S HAVE A PARTY!! It's a gorgeous black velvet top with black satin and tulle skirt 1950's party dress made by "Bullocks Westwood - Weyburn Room!" Side metal zipper. The top of the dress is a lovely black silk velvet with a decorative cut-in neckline. The skirt has an under-layer of black satin with a middle layer of black tulle over that and then a top layer of black tulle with black velvet ribbon and tulle trim on that. A gorgeous piece. Very "NEW LOOK" in it's style and PERFECT for the upcoming holidays!

Excellent condition. Size Large. The bust measures up to 38 inches, the waist measures 30 inches, hips are free, and the total length is 45 inches.
