THIS IS A NICE ITEM.  THIS IS A PADDED STOOL THAT WOULD BE GREAT FOR A FOOT STOOL OR A SITTING STOOL FOR YOUR CHILD OR A SMALL ADULT AS THE MAX WEIGHT NOT TO EXCEED  100 LBS.  THIS ITEM HAS FOLDING LEGS WITH NON SKID LEG COVERINGS.  THE SEAT IS PADDED WITH A 100% POLYURETHANE FOAM PAD AND IS EASILY TO KEEP CLEAN.  THIS ITEM IS ADJUSTABLE AND THE TOP OF THE PAD OF THE SEAT CAN GO FROM 11 1/2" FROM THE FLOOR TO 13 3/4" FROM THE FLOOR.   THE SEAT IS 9 3/4" ACROSS.  THE SEAT CAN EASILY BE REMOVED FOR EASY TRANSPORT.
