A beautiful piece of glass with a cable top to accept the conductor to apply it's strain straight down thru the insulator to the pin. Smooth base and skirt embossed - "numbers & dots / HEMINGRAY / MADE IN U.S.A. // D - 512". Has a couple of scuffs on the side of one ear and a light haze inside the skirt.
