These are brand new in the boxes (2 ) units ready to fight the nasty stuff in your HVAC system. I am not an expert as these were going to be put into my new home and the contractor went belly up- never installed and my hvac guy installed the same ones and we found these in the storage closet. they retail for 279- 300.00These were only opened to look at and make sure all parts were included. i have pics of the bulbs and so forth.
