First UK edition hardback book with an unclipped dustwrapper published by Little, Brown in 1999 in fine possibly unread condition with a little bumping to the bottom of the spine. The unclipped dustwrapper is in near fine condition with a little creasing to the top of the spine and along the top cover edge.

 

The book contains 399 pages including the index and has two sections of black and white photographs with 8 pages in each.

Payment please by either Paypal, UK personal cheque or UK postal order.

Postage and packing for UK customers is free and is via second class post with boxed packaging.
