The Paterson Horse Railroad Company was incorporated in 1863.

This original stock certificate measures 10.5" x 6.5". Weak points along the folds have been neatly repaired on the back with clear archival tape. Despite some minor paper loss and moderate wear as apparent in the scans, this is in good condition overall.
