All our china and glass thimbles have been cleaned with warm soapy water before being carefully examined for faults (with all badly chipped and cracked ones (even hard to find hairlines) being disposed of).  They are then measured and catalogued, before being placed in our display cases.  When sold, they are always dispatched in a nice, clean condition, as can be seen from the photographs.

Shipping charges for additional thimbles (both UK and Overseas) are as follows: Additional thimbles, purchased and paid for together in a single payment, are charged at £0.25p per thimble.  If you win more than one auction of ours, and wish to combine shipping costs, please email us and wait for the invoice to avoid being overcharged on shipping.  Once you have paid for an item/items, you cannot combine further items that you might buy or win! They would have to be paid for separately.  As soon as you pay, we prepare for shipping!

Goods are carefully packaged and shipped by 2nd Class Royal Mail (or 1st Class if you choose at checkout) to the UK and by Royal Mail Airmail only to overseas destinations.

We will dispatch your goods, wherever possible, the first working day after receipt of cleared payment.  If cleared payment is made before 2.00pm UK time on weekdays, we usually dispatch the same day, we even dispatch most weekends.

WE PERSONALLY GUARANTEE THAT ANY ITEM LOST IN THE POST WILL RECEIVE A TOTAL REFUND INCLUSIVE OF ALL SHIPPING CHARGES WITHOUT ANY ADDITIONAL INSURANCE CHARGES subject to our Service Policy which is available to read in our eBay shop.
