Come and experiance a charming little sea town called Puerto Penasco
Hit the beach, rent an ATV, parasail high above the water, or tak a flight on the Ulta Light, horseback ride on the sand, snorkel and swim or just relax and watch the waves and the tourists. Beach vendors will sell all kinds of goods and services. For a few bucks you can have your long hair done up in fancy braids, or buy fireworks to set off after the sun goes down - perfectly legal in Rocky Point. Charter a boat and the possiblities are endless. Take a snorkel or scuba diving expedition or lesson
Visit Isla San Jorge, or "Bird Island," where you can snorkel with the hundreds of sea lions that live there. You'll see dolphins swim alongside the boat, schooling fish and birds, and during the winter months, migrating whales.
If you're looking for romance, a sunset cruise can include dinner and drinks, and the beautiful sunset is free.Take a quick drive to the communities of Las Conchas and Cholla Bay, enclaves of private homes, many owned by Americans. In Cholla Bay, JJs Cantina is a good bet for lunch.Visit the Cetmar Aquarium in Las Conchas and see octopus, sea horses, sea turtles, crabs and numerous other creatures native to the Sea of Cortez. Admission is free, but a small donation is appreciated.
Visit Playa Hermosa at low tide, especially if you have kids. Here you can explore the pools for fish, octopus, squid, shrimp, crabs, coral and colorful sea plants.
Further out, the Pinacate National Park is a preserve characterized by rugged lava flows, giant craters and wind-swept dunes. Because the landscape resembles the moon, astronauts trained here for their moon missions. If you leave for home this afternoon, Pinacate is on the way, just off Highway 8.

My wife and I just returned from our week long vacation in Disney World, Orlando. We stayed in the Celebrity Suites Resort (formaly Clarion Spas and Suites Resort) using the 7 day 6 night package. I have never had a better deal than with this package. We stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bath 900 sq. ft. condo with all the amenities of home for only $298 for the entire week. We had a terrific time at Bahamas . The weather was great, cruise was very entertaining. We did snorkel, dolphin encounter, national park exploration, and of course beach. The resort was very accommodating and the facility is first class. I do highly recommend three nights stay, ‘cause our snorkel was cancelled twice because of windy weather. Had we only stayed two nights, we would’ve missed snorkel and dolphin encounter (time constrains). Thank you very much. We will definitely do it again with you. Thanks!
We loved the trip!!! This was a great break that I have been needing for quite some time now. Only problem, the trip was not long enough. I do plan on going on another cruise, hopefully before the years end and look forward to working with you on planning my next trip. We loved the trip to the Bahamas! I would recommend Net Travel Ease to anyone, and I have. Traveling from upstate New York, our local airport only flew to Florida on certain days of the week. Net Travel Ease worked with us on the time frame of the trip and even booked our stay upon our arrival in Florida. We had no worries as far as traveling once we arrived, we were taken from the airport to the hotel from the hotel to the ship. We paid the little bit extra for the VIP package and it was well worth it, we had no lines and impeccable service from all of the Discovery staff. In the Bahamas, we were treated the same way, the Flamingo Resort was very private perfect for a romantic get away.
