Summary of My Selling Policies
Payment We accept all forms of payment through Paypal, money orders and personal checks. Paypal allows us to ship your item the quickest- usually the next day. Checks and money orders may take up to a week to process. You will get an email from us at the close of the auction giving you instructions on how to pay through Paypal and also if you want to pay by money order.
Fees Shipping is described in the auction. For shoes, shipping is usually $9.99 to US addresses, $15.99 to $16.99 to Canada and $18.99 to other countries. For boots and some specialty items shipping may vary. We will combine shipping. Normally, if you are buying more than one shoe we will give you 50% off shipping additional pairs. Please consult us if you are buying large quantities for further discounts.
Shipping We ship to all US and international destinations. We always use USPS Priority Mail when shipping within the US and most packages arrive from 2 to 5 days from when you pay. We use Global Priority Mail, which gets packages to you under 1 week in most cases to Canada and most European countries, as well as Japan, Australia, and New Zealand (unless there is a delay with customs). For countries where Global Priority Mail is not an option we will use standard Air Mail, which typically takes 10 to 14 days for delivery.
Delivery We ship almost every day. For Paypal payments we ship the next day after receiving payment. For money orders, we also ship next day after receiving payment, but keep in mind that payments go to a PO Box and we do not check it every day. Checks may take 7 - 10 days to clear.
Refunds & Returns We provide returns and 1 free exchange for any shoe we sell. If you completely do not like the style of the shoe and want to return it, the shoes must be unworn, undamaged and with the original wrapping back for a full refund of the purchase price only. Your initial shipping charge is non-refundable, and you are responsible to pay for return shipping. The refund will be sent to the method of payment you used to buy the shoes. We allow 1 free exchange for size in the event that the shoes are too big or too small. Please check with us to ensure we have the new size available before you send shoes back for an exchange. Send the shoes back to us with a note clearly explaining the problem and which size you want, and we will send them to you at no additional charge. If you require more than 1 exchange for the same shoe, we ask that you reimburse us for actual reshipping for the second exchange.
