More About The System

This is a Hot And Mighty® Mobile Cleaning System. This model was developed using the highest quality parts and accessories. We anchor the system without top of the line skid mount hot water blaster model MCS-3008-OH8G. This machine is powered by 27 hp Kohler gas motor delivering 8 GPM @ 3000 PSI of pressurized cleaning force. We then pass the water through a sch 80 cold rolled steel heating coil to heat the water to a sultry 190 deg F. The heat is supplied by a 120v Beckett Clean Cut Burner that burns kerosene or diesel fuel. The generator system can produce enough power for lights or small tools. These machines are steam combo units and can deliver 250 deg. F. wet steam at 3000 psi with a simple nozzle change. We added a pressure regulating unloader to allow this system to be split to two guns and supply each gun with approx. 4 GPM at 3000 PSI. There are several added features that set us apart from our competitors, such as fuel water separator filters for the burner and easy drain oil hoses for the pump and motor.

Next, to make this machine truly portable we added a 335 gallon  water supply tank. This tank is plumbed with an easy fill float valve, 2" quick drain dump valve, supply line to the pressure washer and a dual bypass line from the machine to allow longer times in bypass mode.

This system is combined with our Hot And Mighty® Recovery-Vac and Recycling System. We combine a 23 HP motor with a 455 CFM blower to bring extreme suction power. We collect the water and filter it with a multi-stage recycling system. Mounted in the side of the trailer are two heavy duty Cox hose reels, each reel has 100' of two wire high pressure hose rated at 6000 psi at 275 deg. F. The 48" variable pressure wands make cleaning easy by allowing you to adjust the pressure right at the wand. We include eight quick connect nozzles and one rotating nozzle making any cleaning task or surface manageable.
