SpaGaz Return Policy : We do our best to present accurate and detailed information about every item we sell. We desire to provide strong customer satisfaction and a very positive experience for our customers. However, it is the responsibility of the bidder to carefully review all item photos and description and ask appropriate questions. If you have any questions, please email us prior to placing your bid. If a return is needed, the buyer must contact SpaGaz by email within 5 days of the receipt of the item to obtain an RMA number or a refund will not be granted. Once an RMA number is received, SpaGaz must receive the item within 10 days or the RMA will be cancelled permanently. Buyers are responsible for ALL return shipping and insurance costs. Insurance is required and must cover the eBay final sale price. Once received, we have the option to either replace the returned item or provide a refund.
