MY FEEDBACK POLICY: I always leave positive feedback when it is left for me. I would love to leave positive feedback as soon as payment is received, but quick payment is not the only aspect to buying on eBay. I do my best to make sure my buyers are happy with their purchases and would love to always leave positive feedback, but if neutral or negative feedback is left for me without giving me the opportunity to fix whatever is wrong, then I don't feel as though I can honestly leave positive feedback. A LITTLE INFORMATION ON DETAILED SELLER RATINGS (DSRs):

I take my DSRs very seriously and strive for that 5-Star mark. When you are rating me as seller, please consider the following:

Review the item title and description before rating me on the item as described. I do my best to describe my items accurately.

Consider only business days when evaluating communication. I generally will answer all emails/messages within 24 hrs, and most are answered within an hour of receipt (unless it was received during the night). Please be sure to check your "My Messages" section of eBay if you are awaiting a response from me. If you did not have any reason to communicate with me during the sales process, please do not mark me down for that by posting a 3-star for "neither unsatisfied or satisfied". That is an unfair mark for me when you have nothing to base it on. I always include a letter of thanks in my packages, which should count as communication. I also notify you when the auction is won, paid for and shipped. These emails should all be counted as communication.

When rating me on shipping time, please rate me on the time it took me to mail the item, not the time it took you to receive the item. You shouldn’t hold sellers responsible for delays in mail services, international custom delays or for the time it took for your payment to clear. I ship daily, so there really shouldn't be any reason to rate me lower than a 5-star on shipping time. The shipping date will be printed on your package for your reference.

When rating me on shipping and handling charges, please remember that sellers may charge actual packaging materials costs and a reasonable handling fee to cover the seller’s time and direct costs associated with shipping. I generally charge $1.00 - $1.50 over actual shipping costs to cover shipping supplies. The actual shipping cost will be printed on your package for your reference. For international transactions, you may also be responsible for duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees as requested by country laws.

Payment is due within 7 days of auction end. Paypal is the only method of payment accepted. If paying by Paypal eCheck, your items will be shipped once I receive notification from Paypal that your eCheck has cleared (usually within 3 - 5 business days or longer for international echecks). I ship DAILY with the exception of some weekends and holidays.

Please rest assured that I work hard to keep my shipping charges as low as possible. In addition to the visible face-value of postage, there are other expenses associated with shipping, which include the cost of envelopes, bubble-wrap, paper, labels, tape, polybags and the labor involved with carefully packing your item(s) and delivering them to the post office. All of these expenses must be figured in with the shipping & handling charges. I hope you will PLEASE consider all of these factors and that you will give me a "5-Star" rating for the "Shipping Charges" and "Shipping Time" sections of eBay's Detailed Seller Ratings. Please keep in mind that most of my items are shipped at the First Class PARCEL rate, not the First Class LETTER rate. The actual cost for a 1 oz package with Delivery Confirmation with the USA is $1.35; 2oz is $1.52; 3 oz is $1.69. Additionally, the cost for Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope is $4.80. My handling cost of $1.00 - $1.50 is above this amount and decreases with the number of items that are purchased and paid for in one payment.


FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS -- Most items will be shipped via USPS First Class PARCEL Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Multiple purchases will pay the highest shipping cost for your items with the remaining items shipping for free (unless otherwise noted) UP TO 12 OUNCES WITHIN THE USA. If the package weighs more than 12 oz, it will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, Parcel Post or Media Mail depending on the contents, and the shipping cost will be based on the weight of the package. Priority Mail and Express Mail are always available upon request at their respective rates.
