Shipping Terms

Shipping Charges:

Buyers within the 48 contiguous STATES to pay shipping and handling charges as stated in auction listing. Buyers outside the 48 contiguous states i.e. Alaska, Hawaii, District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico to pay an additional surcharge for Airmail.

Carrier:

We use UPS and FedEx to ship all of our items unless otherwise specified. We do not use USPS at this time.

Multiple Purchases:

We will combine shipping charges for multiple items. Please wait for invoice before paying.

Pick-Ups:

Pick ups are welcome to save on shipping charges. Item must be picked up within 10 business days of auction closing. Business hours are: MON-FRI 9:00am to 4:00pm Please call ahead to make arrangements.

Freight:

You may choose your own service for freight shipments or get a quote from us. All charges depend on location.

Refunds:

Original shipping charges cannot be refunded. If you receive an item that was not described accurately, we will assist you in getting a refund or finding a replacement. Please ask questions before bidding to determine whether or not this is the correct item you are looking for.

International Shipping

Shipping:

We do not ship with the post office under any circumstances. We can only ship Internationally via FedEx, UPS, or DHL on your account.

Processing:

We will box, pack, and fill out the necessary paper work to export the item to you. There will be a processing fee on all International shipments which is the price of the listed shipping cost per listing.

Payments

Payment:

Payment must be received within 3 days of the auction ending unless prior arrangements have been made. If payment is not received within 3 days, necessary action will be taken.

Payment Method:

PAYPAL is the only payment method we will accept.

Sales Tax:

California residents to pay 7 ¼ % sales tax unless reseller certificate is verified.
