 Auction Sales Policy:

• Bidders Outside The Continental United States (48 States):
  Shipping Services/Costs Differ And Are Subject To Availability In Your Area.
  Please Contact Us First Before Bidding.
• Unless specifically stated, all products we sell are used and may have a manufacturer's warranty 
  with all manufacturer's accessories included.  
• Please allow 72 hours for email requests to be answered.
• Winning bidders must confirm their orders within 3 business days after notification. Payment must be 
  received 10 business days after order is confirmed.
• Payments are preferred through PayPal.
• We can only ship to Confirm Address when using paypal.
• For checks (if accepted): Please allow 10 business days for out of state checks to clear.  Please list 
  what kit you purchased, your name, return address, phone number, and email address on a note with 
  every check. Allow 1 week for check to clear before delivery. 
• Photos of some accessories are representational and may not reflect the actual items shipped. We reserve 
  the right to substitute some accessory items for those of equal or greater value, based on availability.
• We are not responsible for typographical errors.
• Upon receipt of your item, please check the contents and test your items immediately.
• Although batteries are sold or included in most of our kits, we do not warranty or guarentee they will hold a charge.

• Brand New Sealed - These items are New and packed in factory retail brown packaging. 
• All items are fully inspected and most boxes have been opened to verify contents. Most of all the products we sell are customer  returns and used unless stated otherwise in auction. Hard Drives may or may not be formatted by HP.
  

 Shipping:

• Customer pays s/h charges.
• We normally ship using UPS. Insurance charges are additional.
• Orders usually take 24-48 hours to process. Shipping within the United States takes 7-10 business days, 
  express shipping is available.
• Express orders are usually shipped the following business day (we have next day, 2-day and 3-day 
  services available). E-mail us for express quotes.
• Saturday and Sunday are not considered shipping days. Do not include those in your days of transit.
• For your protection, all orders that are submitted to us through E-bay are subjected to a thorough verification 
  procedure before shipping. Often, this process includes contacting you via telephone or e-mail to confirm your 
  order and delivery information. Please be sure to include a phone number and e-mail address so that we can 
  contact you if necessary.
• International orders are welcome. Please contact us first.
• For International shipments, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items. Customer must assume all responsibilities. 
  Please be aware that all packages shipped overseas might be charged some types of duty or taxes. 
  Please note that we do not charge you any taxes ? you must check on your order. We are not liable for any taxes.

 Return Policy:

• THESE ARE BRAND NEW SEALED AND ARE SOLD "AS IS"....NOT ACCEPTING RETURNS!!!
  
• Shipping, handling, and insurance charges are not refundable.
• All returned packages will be charged return shipping.
• Please note that prices change frequently, and we cannot offer price protection on any product that has 
  already been shipped to you.
• Returns on all merchandise accepted within 7 days of receipt.
• All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) clearly labeled on return box. 
  Please call for RMA number prior to returning your package. Returns that are not clearly labeled with an 
  RMA number will not be accepted.
• All returns must be in mint condition, with all of the following: Original manufacturer box; unmarked 
  instructions and manuals, blank warranty and/or serial number cards; cardboard and/or styrofoam 
  packaging, and all other included factory packed accessories.
• All returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.
• We cannot accept any returns on products with filled-out warranty cards or product registrations.
• All refunds are posted within 7 days of receipt of return.
