PPUNLIMITED REPLACEMENT AND WARRANTY POLICY
Ppunlimited want to take care of any problem that occurs within the warranty period. Please read everything below if you have a return or defective item.
Most refurbished parts and printer items carry a 14 day exchange warranty if we have it in stock, a full refund will be made

Ppunlimited will repair or replace the defective item within the warranty period.
Ppunlimited Warranty replacements will be shipped via ground and we will pay for warranty replacement shipping to you.
Ppunlimited will also pay for the warranty item to be shipped back to us at no cost to you. Just call the office or email us during normal business hours Office hours are: Monday - Friday 9AM to 5PM CST for a return shipping label
If you decided within 14day after purchase you change your mind, a 30% restocking fees on All Returns on non-defective items. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
RETURNS PROCEDURE:
1. If an item malfunctions within the first 14 days, call us or email at: ppunlimited99@yahoo.com at 770 648-7612.
2.When calling or emailing, give us your: model number, date of purchase, EBay ID, EBay item number, phone number and description of the problem
3. A technician will call you to try and solve the problem. If the equipment or part is defective, it will be replaced as long as the item is in warranty. Ppunlimited staff will give you an RMA number to write on the outside.

SHIPPING:
All items will be shipped after the payment is received, via FedEx Ground (unless additional payment is received to ship via faster method), in 2-3 business days - very often even the same day the payment is received* - we will try our best, but please do not hold us to it.
* Payment must be received before 4:00 PM EST otherwise next business day.
